Preheat oven to 350F. Prep cookies sheets with PAM or parchment paper. Measure out first 5 ingredients and whisk together to break up any clumps. Portion out cookies and flatten slightly. Bake cookies till golden brown, about 10-13 min*. Remember, cookies carry-over cook, so pull out while still a bit soft looking. *bake times may vary based on size of cookie, oven type and pans used.
