For example, our raspberry truffle features three distinct raspberry elements: tangy freeze-dried raspberry dust in the shell, creamy white chocolate ganache with black raspberry liquor, and a pipeable raspberry marmalade. Similarly, Smokeshow combines liquid smoke, smoked salt, and a caramelized milk chocolate ganache for a complex, savory-sweet profile. Every truffle is thoughtfully designed to surprise you with unexpected flavor combinations that unfold as you enjoy them.
Our truffles are crafted in-house using sophisticated ganache formulation techniques. We balance chocolate percentages (72%, 66%, milk, white), various sweeteners (dextrose, invert sugar, glucose, sorbitol), and fat and water content ratios.
This precise formulation helps extend the shelf life of our truffles naturally while ensuring optimal texture and flavor.
Every truffle box includes a detailed guide featuring photos of each piece, flavor descriptions, and allergen information, including specific nut callouts (e.g., "whiskey pecan" vs. just "nutty whiskey"). Scan the QR code on your box for additional details.
For the best experience, enjoy within 1-2 weeks to achieve optimal flavor complexity. While safe to eat for 10-12 weeks, the intricate flavor layers are best experienced fresh. You can store your truffles at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Contact us for freezing instructions if needed for longer storage.
Approximately 85% of our truffle collection is naturally gluten-free. We use pure ingredients without fillers, which helps avoid many common allergen concerns. The truffle guide marks all major allergens and specific ingredients of concern.
We take several precautions to ensure quality during shipping. Shipments are limited to 1-3 days to minimize transit time, and we avoid Thursday shipments to prevent weekend delays. During warm weather, we use appropriate ice packs, and all shipments include tracking for peace of mind. Temperature-sensitive items, such as chocolate-covered strawberries, are restricted to overnight shipping only. Additionally, we communicate holiday order deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
